El accionante le informó a la Corporación que en repetidas ocasiones ha solicitado tanto al juzgado que tuvo conocimiento del proceso ejecutivo y sobre quien recaía la orden directa de la Corte Constitucional, como al juez de primera instancia en tutela, el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia, sin que haya obtenido una respuesta positiva, por lo que pide que sea la Sala quien asuma el cumplimiento de su propia providencia.
Luego de analizar la petición, la Sala Cuarta de Revisión decidió RECHAZARLA.
